Queen’s Design is committed to delivering customer’s orders with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except, Sunday & public holidays to ensure that customer’s order reaches the customer in good condition, in the shortest span of time. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Each craftsman and handicraft process of Artist is unique, so in odd cases, shipping times may vary. As soon as the customer’s package ships, we will email the customer’s package tracking information.

Cancellation

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests at any time before we ship the customer’s order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Non-availability, on delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide the customer’s complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery. 

Modes of payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks via our Third-party payment gateway, other wallet transactions available. The cash on delivery option is not available for now due to Covid 19.

The minimum and maximum delivery timeline
