Queen’s designs strive to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. queen’s designs will replace the product free of cost if the product is damaged. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the customer’s order. The customer should email us a photo of the damaged product. Customers must email us about any damaged items in their shipment within 24 hours of receiving the order. On receipt of the order, we will arrange a pickup of the product if the replacement is genuine and is approved by our team. The customer shall send the invoice for the product via mail. Non Refundable Policy is what we offer.

Queen’s designs would not be responsible if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Customers can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount customer paid will be credited back into the customer’s account.
Modification of Shipping address: Customer can modify the shipping address of customer’s order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team.

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
